Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2nd July 2025

At Life Coach Dani, I pour heart, soul, and intention into every session, offering, and product. Your growth and satisfaction truly matter to me — and so does honoring the value of the work we co-create.

1. Coaching Sessions

All one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of emergency.

I understand life happens — if you're ever unsure, reach out. I value grace and open-hearted communication.

2. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content (such as downloadable guides, workbooks, or courses), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing your content or believe you've purchased in error, please contact me at dani.tomkins@live.co.uk — I'm here to help.

3. Workshops, Group Programs & Events

Refund policies for live events or group programs will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future offering (case-by-case basis).

4. Compassion + Communication

I believe in fair, heart-led business. If you feel dissatisfied or unsure about a purchase, please email dani.tomkins@live.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase. While I can’t guarantee refunds outside the terms above, I’ll always listen and do what I can to make it right.
