My coaching services are not therapy, mental health counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is a forward-focused, co-creative process intended to support personal growth, clarity, and well-being. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

4. Payments and Refunds
All payments for coaching sessions, digital products, or courses must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not available for digital products or completed coaching sessions. If you’re unsatisfied, please reach out — I believe in fair, heart-led conversations and will always listen.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is respected and protected. Any data you provide will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and never shared without your consent (except as required by law).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or coaching services.
